Lissa Fletcher – Recruitment Director
Lissa lives locally in the village of Salford Priors, and adores the country life including long walks in the local countryside. Additionally, Lissa loves her 2nd home in North Devon, and with this in mind looks forward to re-charging her batteries whilst walking along the Devon beaches with her dogs, Champ and Penny.
After years of working for high street agencies, Lissa founded Arden Personnel in 2012, from her dining room table. Lissa wanted Arden Personnel to have that little something different with a trustworthy, honest approach. With this in mind, Arden Personnel was born and has gone from strength to strength.
Lissa likens herself to a Jack Russell dog, fiesty but very loyal. Her advice to her younger self would be “try not to worry too much, if things don’t go to plan, learn from it and move on”.
Nicki Mole – Business Manager
Meet Nicki, who lives in the Redditch area and joined Lissa at Arden Personnel in 2018. Nicki also worked for a large high street agency. Nicki also has experience in Marketing and HR, and is passionate about placing the right candidates with the right companies. With all of this in mind, Nicki joined Lissa to assist with all aspects of the business including recruitment and marketing.
Nicki likens herself to a bird, always up early in the mornings and always chirpy. An excel guru, she loves analysing data and is in her element with anything technical.
Nicki spends her spare time walking her dogs and spending time with her family. Nicki’s advice to her younger self would be “chill, things always work out in the end!”
Oliver
Oli joined Arden Personnel in 2023 as a marketing apprentice. Having worked in the hospitality industry Oliver had experience working with the public, but strived to discover more about marketing. Oli is helping Lissa and Nicki with speaking to candidates and enjoys finding more out about all of our candidates and clients. In his spare time, you will find Oli in the gym, or playing pool with friends.
Champ
Arden Personnel wouldn’t be the same without their office dogs. Meet Champ! If Champ were human he would be a classy French student, drinking in posh wine bars, ooh la la! Champ is our posh boy and is very nervous but give him lots of love and you’ll have a friend for life. Champ loves apples and shares one with Nicki most days.
Penny
What can we say about Penny? Full of adventure and mischief, she is well and truly part of the Arden Personnel team. She even has her own seat at the meeting table!! Penny’s nickname is Scrappy Doo and she is the guard dog of the office and has the best character. She really is full of personality and will do anything for food. Penny loves sitting on the windowsill keeping guard basking in the sunshine.
Mitzi
Mitzi is the baby of the gang, and loves to sleep. She doesn’t always come into the office as she loves a good moan but when she does she loves her walks by the river before work and regularly jumps in the for a swim.
