Objective: Confirm practical details about start date and salary expectations.

- Ensure salary expectations align with the role. If you are interviewing via an agency, it’s best not to discuss salary.

- “What are your salary expectations?”
Candidate Questions
Objective: Give them the opportunity to ask about the role and company.
