Responsibilities

We will appoint a designated individual as the Equal Opportunities Officer responsible for overseeing the implementation of this policy. All of our employees have a responsibility to adhere to this policy, therefore promoting equal opportunities.  Any violations will be reported.

Monitoring and Review

Arden Personnel will regularly review this policy, therefore,  meaning that its effectiveness and relevance stays current.  We will collect and analyse data on the composition of our workforce and the experiences of employees, clients, and candidates.  This will, therefore, identify and address any disparities.

Complaints

Please report any concerns or complaints regarding equal opportunities to the designated Equal Opportunities Officer. We will promptly investigate complaints and take appropriate action to address any issues, therefore being fair to all parties.
