I performed Customer Service duties via telephone, email and letter for two hotels liaising with all levels of authority and service staff to resolve customer complaints and concerns. I maintained a membership database for select clients who pay subscriptions for hotel discounts. I performed HR duties in a transcription capacity for employee disputes whilst maintaining confidentiality with sensitive information. I continue to perform all web design & maintenance for Head Office and 2 hotels our company owns as an independent contractor.

I worked in the accounts department for various companies dealing with data processing in purchase ledger and general bookkeeping.
