Getting Set Up

Look for the Invite

The payroll department will add you to the system. You will receive an email with the subject “Welcome to BrightPay Connect” sent to your provided email address.

Create Your Password

Open the email and click the link to “Sign Up”. You will be taken to a secure page to create your password. Your username will be your email address.

Log In & Download App

Once set up, you can log in via the web portal or download the BrightPay Connect app (available on iOS and Android) to view your payslips on the go.

Navigating the Dashboard

Documents / Payslips

Click the “Documents” tab to access your history. From here you can view and download all payslips, P60s, and P45s securely.

Calendar & Leave

The “Calendar” tab is used to view leave and holidays.

Temp Workers: Please do NOT use this section. Inform the company you are working for directly of any leave requirements.

My Details

The “My Details” tab holds your personal information. You can use this to keep your contact details up to date.

Note: We do not currently support the “Bank Details” update function via the portal to update this information.

Security Reminder

When you have finished using the portal, please remember to click your name in the top right-hand corner and select Sign Out.
