Meet the Directors

Our Promise to You

In the recruitment industry, it is incredibly rare to work directly with the Directors’. At Arden Personnel, we do things differently.

As a dedicated two-woman team, both our clients and our candidates deal exclusively with a Director from day one. You will never be passed off to a junior consultant. Because we don’t work to rigid corporate sales targets, we have the freedom to genuinely care, offering a truly consultative, honest, and expert service.

Lissa Fletcher

Director & Founder

After years of working for high street agencies, Lissa founded Arden Personnel in 2012 from her dining room table. She wanted to build something different – an agency with a trustworthy, honest approach. Since then, the business has gone from strength to strength.

Living locally in Salford Priors, she adores country life. When she isn’t matching top talent, you’ll find Lissa recharging her batteries on the beaches of North Devon with Champ and Penny.

Nicki Mole

Director

Nicki joined Lissa in 2018, bringing a wealth of experience from large high-street agencies, alongside a strong background in Marketing and HR. She is deeply passionate about placing the right candidates with the right companies.

Based in the Redditch area, Nicki loves a spreadsheet and analysing data, and is in her element with anything technical. In her spare time, she loves walking her dogs, Mitzi and Marley, hanging out in the gym, and spending time with her family.

Champ (The Office Calmer)

Our posh boy! If Champ were human, he would be a classy French student drinking in posh wine bars, ooh la la! He can be very nervous, but give him lots of love & you’ll have a friend for life. He loves apples and shares one with Nicki most days.

Penny (Office Security)

Full of adventure and mischief, her nickname is Scrappy Doo! She is the official guard dog of the office, but she will do absolutely anything for food. She loves sitting on the windowsill, keeping watch out for cats and squirrels, and basking in the sunshine.
