STM is a highly successful commercial lawnmower business based in Aston Cantlow. It is a friendly company with a close-knit team of 12 employees, looking for a reliable individual to help keep the business moving.

What You Will Be Doing

As a Part-Time Parts Assistant, your steady afternoon routine will consist of:

• Processing orders and preparing parts to be dispatched to customers daily (light goods with a maximum weight of 25 kg).
• Stock-taking and re-stocking of shelves with new deliveries.
• Working closely with the management team to ensure the parts department runs smoothly.

Who We Are Looking For

• You should live within a comfortable 20-30 minute commute of Aston Cantlow (B95 6LD). Due to the rural location, your own transport is essential.
• You have a strong work ethic and positive outlook.
• You are completely comfortable working in a small team environment.
• You have a good eye for detail and can manage daily dispatch tasks efficiently and proactively.
• You have some flexibility in busy/peak times and can cover for the Spare Parts Manager role during holidays or absence.
