In my current role I have Sole responsibility for the day to day running of one of the company’s products, all aspects of sales, monitoring of stocks, weekly order processing from making calls to customers to take their order, decision making to offer customer an alternative if stock not available, discussing any issues with their account, invoicing, issuing driver manifests, credit control, answering telephone when needed, use of Sage accounts.
Other roles have included Technical Administrator, Logistics Co-ordinator, Customer Services, Import/Export and Office Manager.
