Arden Personnel are recruiting for an Administrator for our client based in Redditch. Our client is a family run business with a relaxed environment, looking for a new member of their team in the office. If you are looking for a role that you can make your own and grow and progress with then this would suit you.
Day to day duties are as follows:
- Order Processing – uploading details onto SAGE
- Answering queries on pricing, availability, orders etc
- Liaising with the warehouse regarding orders, pricing etc
- Loading details onto spreadsheets.
- Enquiring with prospect clients if they might require new prices
- Assisting with some invoicing when Accounts on holiday
- Other general admin duties
The Successful Administrator must have the following skills/experience
Previous administration experienceWorking knowledge of MS Office SAGE would be an advantage but not essentialExcellent customer service skills able to liaise with all different types of personnelExcellent attention to detail
