Job Description: Arden Personnel are currently recruiting for a part-time Goods In/Out Administrator. Your responsibilities will include;

  • Printing customer delivery notes and issuing documents
  • Completing daily dispatches on our MRP system
  • Able to meet daily deadlines as carriers arrive throughout the day
  • Communicating with customers informing them of daily dispatches
  • Completing daily dispatches with carriers via online portals
  • Liaising with the Transport Manager
  • Able to meet daily deadlines as carriers arrive throughout the day
  • Completing and closing orders on internal MRP system
  • Arranging returns
  • Liaising with factory for order updates
  • Chase carriers for updates and proof of delivery notes
  • Investigation into missing/late deliveries

The Successful Applicant:To be considered for this Administator role you will need to have;

  • Hard working value and be conscientious
  • Available for Part time hours
  • Previous Admin experience is essential
  • An advantage if you have worked in Goods In/Out
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Confident with MS Office
  • Available immediately or within a weeks notice.
