Part-time Despatch Administrator

Redditch • Temporary – Permanent • Part Time – Mon to Thurs – 9am-2pm and Friday – 9am-1pm • £9.00-£9.50 per hour

An exciting new opportunity to join a well-established manufacturing company based in Redditch.

Administrator Day to day duties:  Arden Personnel are currently recruiting for a part-time Despatch Administrator. Your responsibilities will include;

  • Completing daily despatches with our carriers via online portals
  • Liaising with Transport Manager
  • Able to meet daily deadlines as carriers arrive throughout the day
  • Completing and closing orders on internal MRP system
  • Arranging returns
  • Liaising with factory for order updates
  • Chase carriers for updates and proof of delivery notes

Administrator Skills and Experience required: To be considered for this Despatch Administrator role you will need to have;

  • Hard-working value and be conscientious
  • Available for Part time hours
  • Previous Admin experience is essential
  • An advantage if you have worked in Goods In/Out
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Confident with MS Office
  • Available immediately or within a weeks’ notice.

  • £9.00- £9.50 per hour based on 25 hours per week
