Temporary Finance Assistant
Alcester • Temporary • Full time (term time) • up to £11 per hour
Arden Personnel are recruiting for a temporary Finance Assistant for our client based in Alcester.
Day to day duties are as follows:
- Catering journals
- Photocopying journals
- Supplier checks
- Credit card invoice entry
- Bank account receipts and payments
- Raising sales invoices
- Reviewing costings
- Aged debt review, report and chase payments
- Create payment run with guidelines
The Successful Finance Assistant must have the following skills/experience
- Previous accounts experience
- Available immediately for an ongoing temporary contract
- Available for term time work
