Arden Personnel are recruiting for a Recruitment Manager for our client in Alcester

We are looking for a dynamic, driven and hardworking Recruitment Manager to join our client’s HR team; you will be an experienced resourcing professional with knowledge, ability, and experience of attracting, sourcing and selecting talent. Operationally, the Recruitment Manager will be responsible for all recruitment activities across the organisation and will manage processes to ensure they support the services to attract and retain the best talent. This role would suit an individual who is used to working in a fast-paced and pressurised environment.

What you will be doing Recruitment Manager Day to Day Duties:

In brief, the role involves:

  • Managing a team of recruitment staff; motivating and driving a team whilst willing to get involved in all aspects of the recruitment process
  • Reviewing, updating and implementing new recruitment processes and procedures across the group
  • Analysing recruitment data and meaningfully interpreting the results in order to come to a series of recommendations and conclusions that can help shape workforce solutions
  • Developing strong links across the organisation and participating in relevant senior management meetings including Director level
  • Organising and developing clear and compliant job descriptions and fit for purpose job adverts
  • Designing, implementing and managing recruitment campaigns

 

The Successful Applicant: Recruitment Manager Skills and experience

  • Strong leadership, having previously supervised or mentored in a recruitment capacity
  • To be adaptive, flexible and comfortable working in a complex, fast-paced organisation
  • To be versatile, flexible and collaborative, understanding the need for effective business partnering with proven experience of influencing hiring managers
  • To be experienced in working with a wide variety of sources to attract candidates including using Social media such as Facebook, LinkedIn, along with job boards
  • Results-driven and able to manage a challenging workload whilst juggling priorities
  • Experienced in designing, implementing and managing recruitment campaigns
  • A team player, with the ability to work under own initiative to deliver to deadlines; naturally proactive with a desire to achieve results
  • Attention to detail and strong organisational and IT skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal and the ability to interact with multiple stakeholders, external parties and candidates.
  • Full UK driving licence, with the flexibility to travel to Services across the UK on occasions
