Are you an HR Officer looking for your next interim opportunity? Experienced in a Stand-Alone role? Exposure in a TRUE generalist role?
Arden Personnel are delighted to be working with a leading, manufacturing business on their search for an HR Officer to cover a period of long term sick.
You will need to be able to come in a hit the ground running with limited support, be comfortable working at pace to changing priorities and be well versed in managing ER cases.
You will be the sole HR person on-site and have the opportunity to get involved in a range of HR activities to broaden your experience.
Job Description Day to day duties for our HR Officer role;
- General Administration and Upkeep of HR Systems
- 1st Point of contact for HR queries
- ER Case Management
- Policies and procedures
- Recruitment and Selection
- On-boarding, Leavers, Lifecycle processes
