Administrator/PAHoneybourne, Evesham • Full Time Permanent • 8am-5pm Monday to Friday • up to £25,000 per annum
Our client is looking for an Administrator/PA to join their team at a well-established company based in Honeybourne, Evesham.
Arden Personnel are currently recruiting for a Business Support Administrator. You will responsible for;
- Full admin support to the Business Support department
- Creating and maintaining project documentation
- Communicating with clients, consultants, subcontractors and supervisors and any others involved in the project.
- Scheduling appointments and updating diary entries
- Possible site visits
- Assisting on purchase ledger inputting
- Cash posting and banking
- Account maintenance
The Successful Applicant:To be considered for this Business Support Administrator role you will need:
- Previous experience in an administration role
- Proficient user of MS Office
- Excellent attention to detail
- Experience in the construction industry would be an advantage but not essential
