Office Coordinator

Redditch • Permanent • Part-Time • £9.50-10.50 per hour Due to business growth, a lovely manufacturing company based in Redditch is now looking for a Part-time Office Coordinator to join their team

Below is a brief outline of day to day duties of our Office Coordinator  

  • Liaise with accounts on customer status
  • Input sales orders onto MRP system
  • Able to problem solve in tough situations by listening to the customers enquiry
  • Answer telephone calls
  • Respond to customer queries from email and telephone
  • General administration duties include filing, scanning and other office duties
  • Liaise with the factory on delivery times and communicate to customer via phone and email
  • Able to work individually and as part of a team
  • Meet process timelines set out by Sales Manager
  • Ability to understand multiple job roles to cover holidays

The ideal candidate for our Office Coordinator will have experience/skills in

  • Proficient IT skills are required
  • General database maintenance skills are essential
  • Good telephone manner is essential
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Able to problem solve in tough situations by listening to the customer’s enquiry
  • Share knowledge gained to other members of staff
  • Answer telephone calls
  • Ability to understand multiple job roles to cover holidays
