Meet Lissa – Arden’s Managing Director

Managing Director Lissa began her working life in the travel industry with Going Places and Thomas Cook. Lissa moved into recruitment over 10 years ago and has built an extensive knowledge and a big book of contacts through working for some of the area’s largest agencies in Birmingham, Warwickshire and Worcestershire, and managing some of their largest accounts. Lissa set up Arden Personnel from her dining room in May 2012 and in just two years has steadily grown her business into office premises in Alcester and built a team of four.

Lissa loves working in recruitment because no day is the same and every day is so busy. She still gets that great feeling of satisfaction when she successfully places a candidate into their new job and on track with a new career.
